Delivery of goods may be organized in several ways, based on your wishes:

This way of shipment is the most popular because of its simplicity, efficiency and wide geography of the service. The goods are delivered FREELY to the Nova poshta's department in any available settlement of Ukraine (except bulky details).
3. Delivery to the "doors"
The most comfortable for the customer way of delivery which allows you to save your time maximally.
The main conditions for the return of goods
In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a buyer who has purchased a good quality product has the right to return it to the seller within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Requirements for the goods returned by the buyer:
1) the product has no signs of installation and / or use;
2) The item is in the original packaging of the manufacturer (if the package is provided by the manufacturer) in the same form as it was purchased;
3) Together with the goods, all accompanying documents are submitted to him (technical documentation, etc.) and the documents on which the goods were received by the buyer.

Can not be returned goods that:

1. do not have individual packaging (if such was on sale);
2. do not meet the conditions under which they can be returned.
The order of return of the goods
In order to return the goods, as well as in case of submission of claims to the quality of goods, it is necessary to add a copy of the document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified goods (consignment note).
In case of returning the good quality goods, transfer the goods in the package and complete the package within 14 days after the purchase.

Customers who return goods from other regions of Ukraine must send the goods to the warehouse number specified by the company manager and only to the specified recipient. You can send goods only after the prior agreement with the manager, and after sending, be sure to provide the number of the declaration of parcel and the number of mobile phone customer, which is issued a return order.
